Rode down to Portland & stayed for a night...
Dalen & I loaded up Saturday afternoon & headed for PDX, the long way.
Gas stop in Olympia, WA. That GME tank holds exactly 1.75 gallons.
Westbound on Hwy 8. Really wishing I had my pullback 6-bends right about now.
Just ridin' & takin' video...
Off Hwy 101 takin' a break & hoping to figure out where we were, but still no reception.

Finally made it to Astoria, OR
Rolled into Portland's classiest coffee shop, See See Motorcycles to fix Dalen's cracked fender & replace my bulbs. Thor's shop is super rad.. he's also the guy that puts on The One Motorcycle Show. Thanks again for your hospitality.
Went to a few fine establishments & got much needed beers.
Suiting up for the 180 miles in pouring rain back to Seattle.
We pushed it hard & got home in under 4 hours, despite the downpour. Passing guys on baggers, a Yamaha with a trailer & the SUV towing 2 new Evo baggers made the ride a little less miserable.
Aside for a couple blown bulbs & a work-hardened aluminum fender, we logged nearly 500 trouble-free miles. I have more than 1 day off next weekend... who wants to head to Montana?
